The service is good but the food not so much. The Crawfish isn't seasoned and the burger had a burnt taste to it. The presentation looks good though. Wish I could leave a better review.

More than half the people at our table thought some part of their food tasted weird, in a bad way. The hot sauce especially tasted very off. The worst part was that the menu says happy hour is from 3-6pm, so I ordered the jambalaya at 5:30pm which is on the menu during happy hour for 9.99. When the bill comes, they charged me for 15.99! I told the waiter and he went to ask the manager and she said they can’t change it because the happy hour is only on weekdays. I showed him the menu and that it doesn’t say happy hour is only on specific days, just 3-6pm. He left again for literally 15 to 20 minutes while we were all waiting to leave and pay to talk to the manager again, and then he came back and said they took care of it, but they still charged me 12.99! They should’ve never even charged me 15.99 because the regular price on the menu is only 12.99. The jambalaya was decent, but definitely not worth 15.99, and apparently the prices on the menu are inaccurate, which is dishonest and annoying.

I found my N’Orleans home- ‘The Big Easy’ in Ocoee, FL. New Orleans food at its finest ... I got the Boudin Balls ( pork ) - I prefer catfish or crawfish boudin. They were just as good as the ones I got at Tony’s in Baton Rouge.. but, that Shrimp Po’Boy, oh yea!!!! The bread is imported from Leidenheimer - yes it’s the real thing . Flaky crust, fully loaded, shrimp fried to perfect crispness...added the remoulade w/ ketchup, —- sorry I had a moment.. that first bite and I was back in LA.. sloppy good .. will be going back ... well worth the ride and price .. all orders were to go and sealed

They clearly don't want phone orders...called two times and the call disconnected after a few rings. By the third try, calls go to busy signal. Too tired and hungry to be bothered. Maybe someone else will have better luck getting through :/

This was our very first time here to celebrate my \77th Birthday\ and was a little disappointed. However, I gave it an Overall Total of 4 Stars. Why? 2 Stars for the tasteless Etouffee, Jambalaya and Gumbo (it was too watery). 3 Stars for the long-wait (Sunday Brunch; Reservations not accepted) 3 Stars for the \Fall-Off-The-Bones\ Ribs. It was fork-tender and it did (fall off 'em bones). But, it looked and tasted like yesterday's microwave-warmed left-over. BBQ sauce lacked something (I'll stick to 4 Rivers Smokehouse BBQ for my next craving). 5 Stars for the excellent Seafood Sampler, Grilled Salmon (to Perfection), Creamy Corn Chowder, and French Fries. All items are 'to die for'. 5 Stars for our Wait Staff, Loralee. She was efficient, friendly, pleasant and accommodating. Loralee is a \keeper\. Thanks for the complimentary doughy \Beignet 'B-day Cake'\. Cris C
